After publishing her first book “You Have the Power: Turn Your Knowledge into a Lucrative HR Consulting Practice”, clients started seeking her out for her expertise in helping them publish as well.  The success of that book led to the opportunity to host the radio show “You Have the Power”.  From there, podcasting, radio, and television station soon followed.  Now, she is able to impact so many more lives with her message of empowerment, encouragement, and inspiration and provide the opportunity for others to do the same.
